Urgent Need
Divorce with Equitable Distribution

Client/Husband and OP/Wife were married in December 2001 and separated in June 2011. The parties are the parents of two minor children.  OP is represented by counsel and has initiated a divorce. The marital estate includes a house, a car, modest bank accounts, credit card debt. The grounds for divorce have already been approved in this case. Client would like legal assistance to protect his interests to any marital estate. An Order has been entered approving the grounds for divorce. Client’s primary language is Russian. Translation and interpretation assistance is available upon request.
