Child Custody hearing before a Judge
Client/Mother and OP/Father are the parents of one child, age 3.  The child is currently in the custody of the OPs/Maternal Grandparents (MGP). The client has supervised partial custody of the child at such times as the client and OP/MGP agree. OP/MGP serve as the supervisors.  The client is participating in parenting classes, at the direction of the court. Client has completed drug treatment program and has regular negative drug test results. OP/MGP are represented by counsel. The matter is scheduled for a hearing before Judge Nina Wright Padilla for February 29, 2012. Client would like to obtain primary custody of her child.
