Divorce with property division

Client/Wife and OP/Husband were married in 1995 in China and separated in 2005. Both parties reside in Philadelphia.  The parties have three minor children together.  OP is employed; the client is not.  The marital estate includes the increase in value in the former marital residence, a car, and modest bank accounts.  No divorce action has been started. Client seeks legal representation to obtain a divorce, division of property and financial support for herself. Client’s primary language is Cantonese.  Interpreting and translation assistance is available upon request.
