Urgent Need

Client needs representation at a Landlord Tenant hearing on May 21, 2012 at 2:00 pm.  Client has rented his apartment for 12 years.  The property was sold approximately four years ago to a new landlord.  The current landlord has been unresponsive to client’s request for repairs and client began withholding rent in January of 2012.  Client has an L&I report.  An eviction complaint was filed in February 2012.  Due to health reasons, client missed his hearing and a default judgment was entered.  Client filed a petition to open the judgment.  A
