Client/Wife and OP/Husband married in 2001 and separated in July 2009. They have one child together. The client would like to obtain a divorce from OP. The marital estate includes real estate in Guatemala, a car, modest bank accounts and credit card debt. No divorce action has been filed. OP is not represented by counsel. Both parties are employed; however, there are no known retirement benefits.
